What the Evening Looks Like
Three Phases. Two Hours. Zero Stress.
Seth handles the logistics. Your team handles showing up. Here's what actually happens.
Before You Arrive
Seth handles everything. Wine selection, sourcing, transport, printed materials. Your only job is to show up.
Headcount confirmed 48 hours out. Seth arrives 30 minutes early to set up.
Two Hours That Move Fast
Each wine gets three or four sentences. What it is. Where it's from. One thing to notice.
Gameplay is optional but it relaxes the room. No lectures. No jargon without explanation.
Guests Leave Knowing Something
Blind tasting teaches real sensory skills. Most guests are surprised by what they can identify.
Works whether the room drinks wine regularly or not.
