History and Origins
Emiliana was founded in 1986 and began its transformation into an organic producer in 1998, converting 100% of its properties to organic management. The landmark moment came in 2003, when Emiliana released the Gê 2003 vintage, the first biodynamic wine made in Chile and Latin America. That wine remains the estate's flagship, produced as a biodynamic blend alongside Coyam, its celebrated organic blend.

Vineyards and Terroir
Emiliana farms vineyards across multiple Chilean regions, including Casablanca, Maipo, Colchagua, Cachapoal, and Bío Bío, totaling nearly 1,200 hectares. Its Casablanca holdings benefit from a cool, oceanic climate shaped by Pacific Ocean proximity and the Humboldt Current, which drives morning fog and cloud cover. Soils across the estate are primarily clay and sandy, providing strong foundations for both white and red varieties.
