Talenti ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before transferring wines to a combination of French oak tonneaux and larger Slavonian oak barrels for aging. This dual-oak approach allows the estate to balance freshness and structure. Brunello di Montalcino receives a minimum of 24 months in oak followed by additional bottle aging, with the wine released no sooner than five years after harvest. The Riserva requires at least six years before release.
